Science Ambassador

Science Ambassadors present a short lecture and a fun and interactive activity in a high school classroom! Expose students to the world of research by talking to them about your career path and how you use DNA in your field.

Organizing Committee Member

Interested in gaining leadership experience in educational outreach? We are actively recruiting members for the organizing/outreach committee.

  • Website Developer: Maintaining Website

  • Teacher Recruitment: Reaching out to host teachers and manage recruitment

  • Volunteer/Student Recruitment: Reaching out to prospective Science Ambassadors

  • Secretary/Minute Taker: Keeping notes and records of meetings

  • Module Development: Updating slides for each Module
